- Quintiles – Took Innovex from start-up to strategic acquisition; established common HR, implemented shared benefits services, and compensation structures, integrated over 10 acquisitions.
- BTI–Doubled the employee base, turned around a dysfunctional HR department, and started a professional recruiting team that reduced employee attrition by over 80% in less than one year.
- Transamerica –Turned around a dysfunctional HR and Training department; delivered leadership training and restructured the organization resulting in increased earnings by 18%.
