I am a Human Resources leader with broad background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Training. I have consulted and worked in a variety of industries including financial services, clinical research, manufacturing, and retail. My experience has allowed me to improve revenue generation and reduce expense by creating an HR infrastructure to support business growth. I work to inspire senior management to build best in class organizations that consistently achieved aggressive revenue and profit objectives. I am a mobile business professional and have lived across the country from Seattle, WA to Raleigh, NC.
I started my career in financial services working in the banking industry as an assistant commercial loan officer and staff accountant. I then moved into the manufacturing industry as a Controller and Head of HR. From there I moved into HR roles in retail, manufacturing, financial services, and clinical research. I currently provide HR leadership for Clinipace Worldwide a dCRO in the RTP area of NC.
